Bailey has played a key role in leading Queen City Remodeling since its inception in 2024, helping shape the company’s operations and approach to the remodeling process. She oversees estimating, project management, and procurement, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and vendors from the initial estimate through project completion. Her hands-on approach keeps projects organized, moving forward, and executed with attention to detail.
Before entering the remodeling industry, Bailey built her career in fundraising and event management, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, budgeting, and logistics. Her experience managing people, timelines, and countless moving parts translates naturally to construction and continues to shape the way she manages both projects and client relationships.
Bailey earned her Bachelor of Science from Auburn University and her Master of Science from the University of Georgia. She holds an Alabama Home Builders License and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa.
Born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Bailey has deep family roots in the community. She is active at First Presbyterian Church, where she serves as a deacon, Sunday School teacher, and member of the Youth Committee. Bailey and her husband, Porter, have two sons, William and Pierce.
Richard Henry has spent nearly two decades working in commercial real estate, construction, development, and property investment throughout Tuscaloosa and West Alabama. A lifelong Tuscaloosa resident, his experience in both real estate and building gives him a practical understanding of properties from the ground up.
A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Science, Richard began his commercial real estate career in 2008. He is the Broker and Owner of Right Space Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate firm serving businesses, property owners, and investors across Alabama. His work has included commercial sales and leasing, property management, development, investment, and the repositioning of underperforming properties.
Richard brings that combination of construction knowledge, real estate experience, and an owner’s perspective to Queen City Remodeling. His background allows him to look beyond the immediate scope of a project and understand how thoughtful planning, quality construction, and smart improvements can add both function and long-term value to a property.
Richard has also been actively involved in the Tuscaloosa community throughout his career. He has served as President of the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors and the Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa and currently serves as President of the Black Warrior Council of Scouting America. In April 2026, he was sworn in to represent District 3 on the Tuscaloosa City Council.
Richard and his wife, Jana, have two children, Sally and Thomas. Outside of work and community involvement, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
Blake has been immersed in the building and real estate industries for as long as he can remember. Growing up with both parents in the business, he spent countless hours on job sites and at open houses, learning the work firsthand. That early exposure laid the foundation for a career spanning more than three decades.
A 2002 graduate of the University of Alabama, Blake turned his focus to real estate and construction — specifically residential construction, residential and commercial leasing, and real estate investments. Today he is recognized as one of Tuscaloosa’s most knowledgeable and trusted agents in both commercial and residential real estate sales and property management.
He is a founding partner of TBG Homes, LLC, one of the area’s premier homebuilding and development companies. He is Broker and Partner of Corder Real Estate, Inc., a commercial and residential real estate sales firm for 30 plus years. He serves on the boards of the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, the Home Builders Association of Alabama, the Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa, and the Alabama Home Builders Self Insurance Fund. Blake and his wife, Angel, have three sons — John Thomas, Jackson, and Mills — and are active members of St. Francis of Assisi in Tuscaloosa.
